Anthony of Platinum Rooter & Plumbing went above and beyond. He and his crew spent two days not only replacing our 25-year-old toilet, but also building a new floor since the old one was rotting and could have fallen through. He even put the original floor covering back so well you couldn’t tell any work had been done. Looking forward to years of happy flushing! If you want a locally owned plumber who shows up when they say they will and does great work at a fair rate, my family highly recommends Platinum.

I called Platinum, and they came the next morning to unplug my sink. Chris was very courteous and professional. He arrived on time. Not only did he unclog my sink, but he got my garbage disposal working as well. It was well worth the time and money! I will be calling them for all my future plumbing needs.

Chris came out for my bathtub and kitchen sink that were backing up. He diagnosed the problems quickly and had the right tools to get the job done fast, easy, and clean. He also gave me a bottle of their Total C product, and now my kitchen sink is draining great and smells amazing. I highly recommend these guys for any plumbing needs.

Amazing! Anthony came out very promptly when I discovered a broken main line to our house. He’s professional, kind, and clearly cares about both people and the work he does. He was prepared for anything and handled the situation swiftly. I was impressed with his efficiency, and he also gave great tips before leaving on how to flush out sediment from the incident so we wouldn’t get any surprise gunk when using the water next. Highly recommend!

Fantastic group of reliable and fast workers. I called four other companies, and Platinum Excavation was the only one to answer my call. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a sewer replacement.

Ryan arrived less than 20 minutes after I called and completely replaced my water heater and fixed a leak in my water line — all before lunchtime! He was super professional and courteous while being extremely efficient, and he beat my previous bid for the job. 10/10 recommend!
